Choosing your lighting
How do I choose the right light for my space?
Start by checking the dimensions in the product description and images. Consider your room size, ceiling height, and the furniture around the light.
For help choosing, send us the product link, your room measurements, and a photo of the space.
Do you offer custom lighting?
Yes. We offer custom lighting, from adjustments to an existing design to a completely new concept.
Email us your ideas, measurements, reference photos, and delivery country. We can discuss the available options, pricing, and timing before you order.
Are your lights dimmable?
Dimming depends on the model and the option you select. Some lights offer remote or app control, while others have different requirements.
Check the product details before ordering. If you want to use an existing wall dimmer, contact us so we can confirm compatibility.
What is the difference between warm, neutral, and cool white?
Available options may include:
- Warm white, 3000K: a warmer light with a soft yellow tone.
- Neutral white, 4000K: a balanced white light.
- Cool white, 6000K: a cooler light with a slightly blue tone.
Options vary by product. Check your selected model and light color before adding it to your cart.
Are bulbs included?
Many of our lights include bulbs or an LED light source, as stated in the product details.
Check the “Light source” information for your chosen model. Contact us if you need help confirming what is included.
Will the light work in my country?
Yes. We take your delivery country into account and make sure you receive the correct version of your light, including the appropriate voltage. We handle this for you, so there is nothing extra you need to do.
Can I use your lights outdoors?
Only use lights identified as suitable for outdoor use. Check the product’s IP rating and installation information for your intended location.
Contact us before ordering if you are unsure whether a light is suitable for your outdoor space.
Do I need an electrician to install my light?
Follow the installation instructions for your specific product. For hardwired pendant, ceiling, and wall lights, we recommend installation by a qualified electrician.
